Solitude

For this piece, I decided to take an old sketch of mine and turn it into a full painting. I went for a gray color palette to add a sense of loneliness and help the characters pop. I also kept the colored footprints. The sketch (being a sketch) doesn’t have a lot of detail but a lot of implied emotion, and I tried to preserve that while working on this.
